psychotherapy services
individual
Support for adults and teens seeking deeper understanding of patterns shaped by experience, stress, and trauma. Individual therapy may include EMDR when clinically appropriate, alongside trauma-informed psychotherapy.
couples
Support for partners navigating communication, conflict, rupture, or transition. Couples therapy is trauma-informed, with attention to how stress, attachment histories, and unresolved experiences shape relationship patterns.
family
Support for families and caregivers working with stress, conflict, and intergenerational trauma. Family therapy focuses on understanding patterns, increasing accountability, and supporting change within real-world family systems.
how it works
I work with clients who are thoughtful, sensitive, and doing their best to hold everything at once. My style is calm, engaged, and sharply attuned; I understand the ways trauma threads itself through life, and I’m always ready with a spoonful of humor when it helps the medicine go down.
My goal is for this space to feel steady enough that you can slow down, hear yourself clearly, and integrate change that actually sticks. I completed EMDR basic training with Deany Laliotis and began offering EMDR in January of 2026.
when you’re ready.
I’d love to learn what’s happening in your world. Share whatever feels important right now — what’s been happening at home, in your relationships, or anywhere you could use support. I’ll reach out soon so we can explore the next steps that feel right, together.
