psychotherapy services
individual
Individual therapy supports adults and adolescents in understanding and working through patterns shaped by experience, stress, and trauma. My work is trauma-informed and collaborative. When indicated, treatment may include EMDR, a structured, phase-based model, used alongside talk therapy, preparation, and integration.
This work may be helpful for:
trauma and PTSD
anxiety and mood-related concerns
relational and attachment patterns
life transitions and identity shifts
chronic stress and burnout
couples
Support for partners navigating communication, conflict, rupture, or transition. Couples therapy is trauma-informed, with attention to how stress, attachment histories, and unresolved experiences shape relationship patterns.
Work often focuses on:
communication and repair
trust and rupture
navigating transitions
impact of trauma on intimacy
I work with couples across a range of relationship structures, including monogamous and non-monogamous partnerships, and offer kink-aware, consent-informed care.
family
Support for families and caregivers working with stress, conflict, and intergenerational trauma. Family therapy focuses on understanding patterns, increasing accountability, and supporting change within real-world family systems.
My background includes evidence-based, family-centered models used in preventive child welfare settings.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
EMDR is an evidence-based treatment for trauma and trauma-related symptoms, and is widely recognized as a gold-standard intervention for PTSD and C-PTSD. It works by helping the brain reprocess distressing memories that have become “stuck,” allowing them to be integrated in a way that feels less activating in the present.
EMDR uses bilateral stimulation, such as eye movements, tapping, or auditory cues, within a structured, phase-based protocol to support adaptive processing. Over time, this can allow memories to be held with greater distance, flexibility, and self-compassion, rather than being experienced as if they are happening again in the present.
I completed EMDR basic training with Deany Laliotis and began offering EMDR in January 2026. EMDR is provided as a formal treatment model when indicated and may be integrated with talk therapy, preparation, and resourcing to support safety, pacing, and integration throughout the therapeutic process.
